TRI Center Inc Outpatient Rehabilitation is a private, for-profit treatment facility dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based care for individuals facing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Our outpatient programs are tailored to support both young adults and adults with compassion, clinical expertise, and flexibility that meets the realities of everyday life.
Located in a supportive community environment, TRI Center Inc offers a range of personalized services — from intensive outpatient treatment and day programs to medication-assisted therapies — ensuring that each client receives care that reflects their unique needs, history, and goals.
Our Levels of Care
- Outpatient Programs
- Outpatient Day Treatment / Partial Hospitalization
- Intensive Outpatient Treatment (IOP)
- Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) with buprenorphine and naltrexone
- Regular Outpatient Counseling
Medication & Pharmacotherapy Services
- Prescribes and administers buprenorphine and naltrexone
- Accepts clients already on MAT (prescribed elsewhere)
- Offers relapse prevention with injectable naltrexone
- Provides medications for mental health disorders
- Available pharmacotherapies include:
- Acamprosate (Campral®)
- Disulfiram
- Buprenorphine with naloxone
- Oral and extended-release naltrexone
