Harmony House is a private, COA-accredited, residential treatment facility specializing in long-term care for adolescents facing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health challenges. With 24-hour residential support, we provide a nurturing, structured environment where young individuals can begin healing physically, emotionally, and socially — free from the pressures and triggers of their everyday surroundings.
Our trauma-informed, evidence-based care is specifically designed for youth, including those who have experienced abuse, violence, or involvement in the justice system.
